What It Is
Most first-time leaders don't get a space to admit what's actually hard. Vent Out Wednesday is that space. It's a free, live, one-hour session held every Wednesday evening, where new leaders talk honestly about what they're struggling with, hear how others are handling the same thing, and leave with one practical next step, not just a vented frustration.
No slide deck. No pitch. Just people who are figuring out people-leadership in real time, together.
Who This Is For
First-time leaders, team leads, and anyone recently handed responsibility for people - especially if you're realizing that being good at the work and being good at leading the people doing the work are two very different skills.
Open to individuals directly - if your company hasn't offered you any real leadership training yet, this is a good place to start.
